Roo with very red legs and feet somewhat.

What could be causing this?
Hes about 9 months old.
Hes the boss no hens or other roosters are pecking him.
Coop is clean and well ventilated.
Feed is quality and they free range.
Hes acting normal but I am worried.
No other birds affected.

As he is a feathered leg breed I would suggest it's scaly leg mite that he could be suffering from.
