Meet Buckbeak. Buckbeak is a 7 week old Ameracauna. I'm worried my baby might crow.

She/he is a bit bigger than my other girls and more dominant. Please tell me I'm wrong.

He's a very handsome Easter Egger! I'll be very surprise if he starts laying eggs. I think his heavier legs are a hint too.

Sadly I doubt that is the case. EEs tend to have small combs, hardly there until they are nearing POL. That is a "mature hen" size comb at 7 weeks.

I'm going through the same thing. The tail feathers on yours are different then mine. The body type in yours looks more like a rooster...I think
