Roo?

    Hey guys I recently bought this ameraucana from a ranch. Supposed to be 2 months old..

    I'm so impatient to find out if it's a roo or hen. please help, thanks!

    easter eggers roo, most black and white ees are roo if its a hen she looks way different than this. I'll post pictures of each later today

    Eehh, I'm leaning toward pullet but these black and white ones give me fits!

    if at 2 months then its at least 8 weeks. i am leaning towards cockerel based off of comb

    Really pretty! Feathers look like Roo but otherwise I think pullet. [​IMG]

    Have you got a top photo of the bird?

    My Ameraucanas are so hard to sex until they are older... I bought 6 Ameraucanas that I was sure were pullets... got 2 cockerels... So, not a bad %, but, wow.... I was really suprised with these two guys.

    Thank you so much for the feedback guys. As far as it being a roo or not I'm still trying to figure that out myself. I will post more pictures soon!
