Roo???

I have a 4 week old EE that does not look like my other 4 week old EE. Popcorn is bigger and has a comb that is pinker. They have feathered out at the same rate so I am confused as to whether this is a roo or pullet. Can't have roos at my house due to city regulations and I live close enough to neighbors who would complain just to have something to complain about.

I'm no expert, but I would say yes, that's a rooster. He appears to stand higher off the ground a bit, has a much taller and proud stance, and his comb is noticeably larger than the other. I'm not for sure, but it seems like the rooster's chests are much fuller, too, which fits with yours.

Well it's a little early to tell but right now it does look like boy. Both of the birds in you pic are very pretty though!

A clear profile shot would help but that color and comb are saying roo to me.
