Rats!!! I'm super lost then, everyone else lays or is definitely a hen! I don't even have neighbors with chickens that could be sneaking over... Haha

Are you sure everyone else is laying? Some roosters will actually spend a lot of time in the nest box checking them out and trying to talk the girls into it. How many of your eggs look fertilized?

I cracked open 4 eggs, from 4 different hens I know for a fact (I've watched) are laying... And then opened a store bought egg... They all have a bullseye on em?!?!??!

That looks like a partridge rock girl to me also, the boys look really different. I can't believe you got 13 chicks at the feed store that are all girls, and those eggs sure look fertilized to me. Darn, so pictures of the rest, and you might want to take another picture of some like the solid black ones showing saddle feathers better.
