Room Temperature Eggs...I got "the" look!

I only fridge mine if I've HAD to wash them. I usually dont even wash. I keep them in a cute little wire basket. Most of the people I give my eggs to know I dont wash or fridge them. Its up to them what they do with them.

My grandmother (who has never had a chicken in her life) will argue with me until she is blue in the face about refridgerating eggs. To each their own I guess.

When I worked in Prizren, Kosovo, I lived above the 'cheese market' for a year. It was held once a week in a parking lot right outside my door. Not only were eggs sold there, but all sorts of cheeses (cow and goat), milk and yogurts as well. 12 months a year, whether it was 10 degrees or 100 outside, and it hit both trust me. I ate it right along with everybody else and never had a problem.
