Well here are my boys and I guess you guys may understand my hurting over all of this.
I never intended to "love" my lads. I had every intention to cull them come 19/20 weeks and use them for meat. But that time came and went and we put it off.
I kept getting myself up for the deed and reserached about it and asked folk here. I looked at different methods and everything.

Then when DH decided he would "do the deed" here am I screaching at the top of my voice and running after him begging him NOT to hurt my boy!!!!!!! Who is at this stage having escaped - charging round the yard crowing at the top of his voice. He lost a big feather from his tail which annoyed me cause he bleed a bit and it was one of those nice long ones he only just grew out which makes him look nice. I loved on him and gave him loads of treats. ( THE CHICKEN not the DH!!!!!! He was sent to the dog house for trying to kill a chicken which I told him to do - Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!! I am a WUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow here are my boys -

First off DUCK he is Cuckoo Maran x Leghorn

This one is Big Red he was called Little Nugget - but he well Changed!!!!!!! Some family members have called
him Randy Red cause he is never off of a hen!!!! He is Ruby Speckled Sussex x Leghorn

Here is my Boy - he is a rare breed Cream Legbar - this is the one DH was trying to MURDER!!
He is called BlUE because he came from a Blue egg.

Latest is We have found a good home for Duck and Big Red - they are living in a Harum of Scots Dumpies! Apparently Big Red is a very happy fellow!

I am relieved and am very happy for them though I miss them much of course. Blue is louder than ever and his little HE/SHE friend Omlet runs after him everywhere.
So they MUST be homed together - please Pray a good home is found !!!!! Omlet my be a boy or girl. She has Boy feathers has never crowed or laid an egg. She is a cuckoo Maran 7 months old. Has legs and body of a girl acts like a roo but also squats???? They have been together since they hatched and I don;t want to part them.

I admit I am a terrible failure on the Meat front. I just can;t do it - it is NOT in me I am just Not a killer.
Please you all pray for Blue and Omlet to get a nice home where they are loved and safe and NOT eaten!!!!!

Wish so much I could keep them but BLue is so loud even without the other Roo boys.

awe you poor thing. Well you can always order some pullets for eggs in spring if you enjoy fresh eggs.
You can make big ol' pets out of them too.

Wow, I am sure someone will want him if he is a pure cream legbar! I have read that they are extremely rare in this country.
