Roos?? and what breed?

I would really Love some help figuring these two out. I think maybe Roos? Also what bread are they. The mom is all black but I have a rooster that is a bread I am unsure of.

#1 does look like it could be a rooster, especially with the neck and tail colors, red leakage on the back/wings, bright red comb, and really beefy legs. However at 8 months old if it hasn't crowed or laid an egg yet it's really hard to say. Could possibly be an Easter Egger or similar mix? Depends what the father is though or if his hens lay colored eggs.

#2 looks to possibly be some sort of Mediterranean breed mix, maybe leghorn or fayoumi? But maybe mixed with EE or the same rooster. I want to say it looks like a rooster with the neck and tail feathers but it doesn't seem to have much of a saddle or that red of a comb so it's hard to say. I think it's probably a rooster but I'd wait and see.
