To help with bare backs we make chicken sweaters! I only put them on when this happens though.

Will i did harvest one. An made dog jerky an treats with the stock from what was left my dogs enjoyed in. Its really a last resort if i cant get them new homes. An one of my chicks im very certain will be male. Plus i dont need free loaders. An i plan to do meat birds this spring with my sister.

Yeah my hens i wont ever kill unless i have to. They can live out their days as long as they want.
