Roos or hens

I worry about introducing them to the rest of my flock. I'm so scared that they are gonna get pecked on their naked little necks and get hurt. I'll be introducing them after the weather fairs up a bit and I can supervise a lot better.
I’ve not had that be an issue. Like I said, they can usually hold their own. One of mine was the head hen.
 
My little MOJO was a very dominant bird. It broke my heart when the bobcat got him he had just found out he had a voice!.....my lavender Americana (Buddy Bird) is currently head hen. It's funny because my super tiny rosecomb bantam hen Roxy tries so hard to boss her around. Pictured Below Roxy is the one on my hand.
