Roos or Pullets?.

I have 2 15 week RIR that I’m pretty positive are cockerels. They both had combs and waddles since about 4 weeks. Other 10 did not and still do not have combs nearly this large or this red

Both are cocks. You can see the male hackle and saddle feathers coming in.
