Here is some better pictures of my 4 week old RIRs that I’ve been told are boys by my husband best friend who has been raising chickens his whole life so I’m just curious what you guys think. Thank you :):jumpy

I'm not an expert by any means, but I'd expect to see more pink/red in the combs if they were all roos. Check out this video on 4 week old New Hampshire Reds. You can really see the difference between the 1 male and the 3 females.
 
I agree with @nuthatched except #2 I believe is definitely a cockerel. It’s definitely too late to tell by the spots on their down and that’s not 💯 unless you know your flock well. I think by 6 weeks all of them will be quite obvious.

They do look maybe-male to me. But that's a big "maybe," so I would wait a couple weeks and check again, before making any permanent decisions.
