Rooster acting strange

My rooster is about 13 weeks old. I just noticed a few days ago that he randomly squats and rubs his but on the ground. And he does this only while pecking at things. No other roosters or hens are around when he does this so I don't think this is a mating thing. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I personally have never experienced this problem but, I am going to say he might be constipated. If that is the case you can pick up some meds for him at your local farm store. If not examine him closer and find anymore details and post them!

Thank you. I'll have to keep an eye out for any other odd behaviors from him. None of my other chickens do this so I've been worried it might be serious.
