Rooster? And also, what breed?

So I bought two cute little 4-5 week old chicks, both pekins apparently..
Well, as you can see, this isn't exactly a pekin bantam.. so I've no clue what I've ended up with, all I know is she was meant to be a lemon pekin, so what is she and is she actually a he. S/he is 16 weeks old.

I'm thinking roo, but not 100%. I'm not sure what breed it is, except the comb it looks like a buff brahma.

I have what was meant to be a buff brahma in the garden, except I was told they're meant to have feathered legs like this one and my one in the garden doesn't. But apart from that they look 100% the same.

I just don't seem to have much luck with people giving me the right breeds

Looks just like our buff brahmas, 4 out of 5 of ours have feathered legs

Ah, had to run out to the coop and take a closer look at mine to make sure they're growing pea combs

Cochins come in buff and have straight combs, right?

Well, I'm sure it's a roo now down to the sounds I've been hearing. The other ladies in the coop are still giving him the occasional peck if he gets too close while theyre eating/drinking.
Still curious about the breed though.
