Rooster arching his neck.

They have tiny black mites on them.  I would have never thought such a thing would survive this time of year.  In the morning EVERYTHING gets stripped cold front or not.  Thank you everyone for the help it is very much appreciated. 
Winter is apparently the worst time of year for mites and lice. This hopefully is the answer to the illness. Deworm them as well with safeguard or valbazen.
 
Good news. The hen who looked twice as bad is recovering twice as fast. She can stand and eat/drink on her own. I sprayed them with a non chemical mite spray and continued with electrolyte water. Both seem better but she is a miracle. Im going to the store for wormer and hopefully DE. Everyone seems ok so far so when this is done I hope they stay alright. Thank you everyone.
