Rooster at age 20 weeks

My rir rooster has been coming at me and being aggressive towards me,,tonight he pecked at my finger and took off skin. Is that normal or is going through like maturity and needing some on the side, in a manner of speaking,,,lol.

If, this is disposition at 20 weeks, I would really consider putting him in a pot. He will probably get worse, girl friends, or, not.
