rooster behaving like a hen??

I have a white star rooster 9 weeks old. i know he's a roo because of the size of his comb compared to the other's and when my collie got in there run he stood up to her when the other's ran away. when i went up just now i layed down in there run as my polish normally sit's on my chest and cuddles up to me. but instead of my polish walking on my roo did and he just sat on my chest and went to sleep which is very odd as normally he just pecks me.

He's not mature yet. He has to reach his teenage stage before he'll start behaving more roo-ish.
