Rooster behavior response when I talk to him

Sometimes when I talk to a particular rooster and when he is roosting before bedtime, he does this thing where he repeatedly bows and shivers his head. Has anyone seen this with their rooters? What do you think it means? It’s when I’m talking nicely like a mom putting their chicken kids to bed lol.
 
Chickens know when you are interacting with them. When they hear you talking to them,,, they feel your vibes. Since they don't speak our lick, they react best they can.
Chickens and our other pets are LOVELY:love creatures.
