from what i've heard, yes. it's pretty much the same thing you would do with a dog. i'd never do it to any of my roos though, i love the mean ones. i don't know why, but they're so cute to me. they're just trying to protect the flock the way i see it, but I do understand why people would cull mean roos or get rid of them. it'd generally not a desirable trait.
if you got an overly agressive roo and he's becoming a threat to you and your children, but love him and can't bear to let him go, i would suggest caponizing him. again, i wouldn't do it to any of mine but i am not in any way against it.
