Rooster billed as rare and exotic??

Hi all! A friend ordered a flock of Dominique chicks and was also sent a bonus “rare and exotic chick”. He doesn’t look that exotic, and if he didn’t have the gold colors coming in I’d say he was just a legbar. Any ideas??

Looks like a young gold sex link that hasn't gotten his red wings in yet. If you look close you can see it starting to come in
