Rooster breed

This is some pics of a rooster in inherented from my uncle. I'm pretty sure it's a game but kinda wondering of the breed. Any help?

If you could get a photo with him standing upright, I could be certain, as I want to see the wing drop.

But...I think that he is likely a game....possibly Old English Game bantam if smaller...and I think that is called Silver Duckwing in color.

Looks taller to me, and more like American Game.
And silver duckwing OEGBs should only be black and white feathers, not laced or stenciled. Plus the dark legs are more American Game typical.
