Rooster chasing the pullets?

Hiya
I posted this Q some where on this board but cant seem to find it so thought I would post it here we have some chicks and today the rooster keeps chasing the girls into the coop for no reason? There is nothing around or anything there he just puffs up kind of and goes after them one by one they go into the coop most of them are staying away from him and up on the roosts but then as soon as they go back out he does it again unless we are out there then he lets them stay out in the pen? Any ideas as to why he is doing this? We got them all around the 20th of March TY

How old are the pullets? How old is the rooster?

They are about 9-10 weeks we got them March 20th and they were not sure the exact age some where between 1 week or 1.5?

I'm not sure, maybe he's just getting his girls in order and letting them know he's the boss?
