Rooster comb

I don't see a place where this question would fit so I'll try here.

I would like to know if this rooster I have is a freak. He has a double comb. One on each side of his head that seem to join at the back. Is that weird or just different?

This is a bad picture and I don't know what's wrong. But you can still tell what he got.

Actually, it may also be a butterfly comb too. (half single comb, half V comb)

But more likely a buttercup comb. Otherwise you'd also mention that he has a crest.

My understanding from the gentleman I bought him, said he was a Golden Laced Wyandotte. He said no mix of others. I have one of the pullets he was raised with from the same hatching. She is really a pretty girl. He's nice rooster but he has no tail feathers. Two other RIR roosters pulled them out cause of his excitment over the girls. He use to have about 35. Now just 7. They all came from McMurry's hatchery. Is that the correct spelling?
