Rooster crowing all night

Any light that comes on in my house at night after the house has been previously dark and quiet will produce a crow from my roo. Passing cars won't do it but turning on a light later in the night will produce a crow. I'd turn off your motion detector lights.

I'm not sure if there is anything you can do to stop the crowing ... we have one rooster and he often crows at 3am and the coop is right below our bedroom window. However, the coop is small enough that we were able to retrofit soundproofing panels inside and that REALLY cut the noise down, it never wakes me now.

When that happened at my house last month it didn't seem so funny, since I was the one who had to clean it up. LOL

My 3 month old Swedish Flower Rooster would crow off and on atnight starting around 3am Ugh.Covering his coop window with a blanket really helped .
