how can a rooster collar kill a rooster?

Yeah, they work just fine for some people, but I’d say it’s not worth the risk.

Adding that if a rooster tries to swallow a larger piece of food while wearing a crow collar he can choke to death.
It's not something I would even begin to attempt to use.
