Rooster Died

Last night I went out to check on my rooster who has been lethargic and withdrawn the past two week, i wasn't sure if he was drinking water he was eating so I decided to assist with an eyedropper..I got about 5 or 6 coaxed in..then went to set him down and flopped all over the coop floor so I picked him up and decided to bring him in where I could keep an eye on him. I stepped out of the coop and his head flopped and he was dead. My heart is broken he wasn't even a year old and I don't know what happened. I hope this isn't a mystery I have to go through again I don't know if I can deal with the heart break.
