Rooster fertility

At what age doea a rooster become fertile? Do roosters or hens become fertile first?

Rooster are fertile first. When they crow is a good sign of maturity.

Roosters can become fertile about 16-18 weeks of age, in my experience. Crowing isn't necessarily a sign of fertility since I've had them crow at five days old, seven days old, two weeks old, etc, etc.
