I have two 6 month old silkie roosters that have been raised together since they were chicks and I noticed a few days ago the bigger rooster was picking and pecking at the smaller one. I went out to feed them today and I noticed my smaller roosters eye was crusty and completely shut. I immediately took him inside gave him and bath with warm water and epsom salt and used a warm wash rag to loosen up the crust on his eye so I could see if he still had one. Well turns out he does but there are other injuries around his face. I put some bactrain on them and put some pet eye antib in his eye and surrounding area. I really do not know for sure it was the other rooster who did this. I separated him from the bigger rooster as well. Can someone help me? Any tips for care would be helpful.

It looks to me like your silkie has fowl pox scabs around his right eye. Do you have mosquitoes now? They can carry fowl pox virus, and it lasts about 3-4 weeks. The left eye could be from pecking or even a respiratory infection in his eye. Or pox. Apply warm compress to his eyes, and clean them off. Put Terramycin eye ointment into the eye twice a day, or use plain Neosporin. If there is pus in the eye eye try to remove it and clean the eye. He obviously cannot see to eat or drink until his eyes are open, so he will need to be fed and watered. Here is an article about pox:

We currently do have mosquitoes. I've been wondering if it was something other than the rooster fighting because there's no signs of blood or feather loss. I noticed the pus was also around his nose. His left eye is fine and i was able to clean off the right eye and get him to open it. I will keep my eye on him for a few days and continue the eye ointment and see how he progresses. Can this spread to other chickens ?

The mosquitoes can spread it, and the scabs can be infectious. I would not disturb the scabs unless they are affecting the eyes or blocking a nostril. Some put Betadine on the scabs to help dry them. There is a vaccine available for those that live in areas where pox is heavy, such as Texas, LA, FL, and AL.
