Rooster has bare rear end

My rooster seems to have lost all of his tail feathers. It looks like a couple came back but it's very hard to tell. Any idea?
I've used Vetrycin and no peck on it.

I also have a hen that I think just has a skin and feather problem from the rooster bothering her so much. What do you think? Thanks

If they were my birds, I would remove the rooster from the flock until his feathers have regrown and the hen has healed. It appears that flock mates are plucking the pin feathers as they are growing. Check the hen closely to make sure the wound on her back is not mite infested. Good luck at resolving these problems.
