Rooster has been abused ?

Thank you guys, I am trying to figure out just how this site works so I can post this to the emergency forum. He is very beautiful, breaks my heart for him to seem in pain or beat down :'( I just want to do all I can to nurse him back to health. My girls are very concerned. I have watched them today and they will go lay by him.

I bet if offered a crisp $10 bill to your neighbor you would become the new owner of one slightly beat up rooster. I would mention that you see cheap if not free roosters on craigslist.
 
It looks like possible fowl pox to me. Doesn't look like the neighbours did anything to him.

My rooster Gigi hangs around my neighbours property from sun up to sundown. He just likes that he is the head rooster over there. The neighbours love him. However, we don't abuse him. We've done a lot to keep him over here, but he finds his way back. They told me they enjoy him over there, so I stopped interfering with his day.

If that is the case he needs some antibiotic cream like Neosporin or Betadine.
