Rooster has broken wing

what do I do?? Please help.

For a wing, there is not a whole lot you can do. I guess you could set it on top and bottom with medical tape and flat sticks, like tongue depressors, or something. Can he fly a little bit? I have had them get breaks, and still fly, it depends on where it is broken, close to the body is fine, farther away is where they lose their balance when jumping, and attempting to fly.
