So sorry for your loss. If it was aspergillosis, it probably couldn't have been helped. But watch for any respiratory symptoms in the rest, and start your medication.

I'm having their coop scrubbed from top to bottom (and back again) in a few minutes and I'll check fr any damp patches, mould, etc.

One question on the meds - have I perhaps got the wrong stuff, since this makes no mention of chickens and actually lists the animals it should be used on? I'd hate to be ill-prepared next time...

You have the right medication. Most antibiotics and wormers that are used on chickens are used off label. Most of them are labeled for cattle, swine, goats, or sheep.
