Rooster holds his wings Out!

I have a rooster about 4-5yrs old. He recently keeps holding his wings out. But he does other normal activities like eating, drinking. Is there any reason for this behaviour?

Not exactly sure of the temperature. It was raining here the past few weeks. But from this week onwards it's kind of sunny.

Does he hold them out all the time, or just when walking or....?
He could be having trouble with his balance, or he could be cooling off.
