Rooster in the making?

We bought 6 chicks from the feed store at the end of March to add to our coop. They are approx 10 weeks old now. I've been watching their feathers, and up until a few days ago, I was thinking they were all girls. But, I think we now have 1 boy. No crowing...yet... Tail feather has a slight sickle shape. Pretty sure I see saddle feathers. No obvious leg spurs. All of them are very friendly.

The bird is either an Olive Egger or Prairie Blubell Egger.
