Is that a layer feed? How's his crop feel? Doughy? Squishy? Hard?

The food that I am feeding them is not layer feed, it is a high nutrition rich seed mix. Here are the pictures of the ingredients and seeds.

No his crop is not full it is completely empty :-(

Does it feel hard or more like a water balloon? I can't imagine you would have 2 roosters with ascites but here is some info.

So you have 2 sick roosters with the exact same symptoms?
Any other sick birds? Could they have gotten into moldy feed or something poisonous? Possibly need de wormed?

If they have pressure building up internally it will make it hard for them to breathe and they won't want to eat.

There isn't much to go on. If you can rule out mold or something environmental then it would see like something contagious.
Do you have any broad spectrum antibiotics like amoxicillin?

If it something viral I don't think there is much you can do for that.

No he doesn't have the exact same symptoms as the other rooster, and no I don't have any other sick birds. I don't think they would have gotten any moldy feed because I don't feed them that, I always check for any mold and if there is any I make sure to get rid first before feeding them. I don't think that they would have gotten into anything poisonous, and I just wormed them the day before yesterday. Yes he did act like he was having a hard time breathing and I saw inside his beak that he had mucus inside. And he doesn't want to eat.

Yes, my mom has some amoxicillin she has gotten from the vets offices before. But I haven't given him any.

Okay, I've never heard of feeding them coconut oil cubes.

It would be maggots that would eat him up alive

When I looked there weren't any maggots and he was having greenish yellow diarrhea, if he had maggots I think I would be able to see them.

You can give him s warm epsom salt bath to clean the nastiness and the trim his butt fluff to prevent to droppings from getting stuck.

Also carefully trim his head around the eyes, ears and beak. He needs to have unobstructed view or he will lose orientation, shut down and starve to death.

Go ahead and deworm him and feed him some boiled or scrambled eggs daily until he has regained some strength.

Can you please post photos of your rooster and his issues?

Where are you located in the world?

What do you feed, including treats?

Do you provide grit (crushed granite) for your birds?

How old is he?

Check him for lice/mites, see that he's staying hydrated. If he's not drinking well, then give him sugar water to see if that perks him up.

Once he's drinking, then offer wet mushy chicken feed to eat. You can add bits of cooked egg to help entice him.

If you can provide more information and photos, we may be able to offer better suggestion

I feed Max premium poultry feed because it is very healthy for them and they love the grain. It has sunflower seeds, cracked corn, popcorn, whole corn, sorghum, green peas, wheat, and rice. It also has a protein pellet and a alfalfa pellet. I hardly see them treats except for some watermelon rinds possibly or banana peels or maggots we find

I don't feed grit because they are free range chickens.

He is probably 5 years old but I'm not quite sure.

All of them have a few lice and mites but I have seen them take dust baths regularly. He is not having a problem eating or drinking.!
