Rooster is acting very strange!!!!

I have a pretty young rooster only 1 and a half years old. He was acting really strange and walking funny with is feathers down and i hadnt dewormed the chickens in a while so i decide to deworm them. I have attached a photo of the deworming product i used. Its a natural product but it has work super well for me. Well in a few days i decovery a big amount of worms in thier coop which i assume was from the rooster over night. Again....graphic pic but attached is a pic of the worms. So i assumed rooster would feel better. I was wrong....he seems worse now and i cant figure out what is wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? Please? He is a awesome rooster.

Liquid yucca schidigera extract, oryzae fermentation extract, niger fermentation extract, essential oil lemon, essential oil grapefuit, essiental oil fennel and Anise

He was already feeling bad before i gave hime the dewormer. Which i have used several times before with great results.
