Rooster is attacking and has exiled a hen

I need help. I have a 2 year old hen that has been exiled from the flock by our Rooster. As soon as our hen see's our rooster she makes a mad dash for the woods. We have 13 other hens and occasionally they will come around her but soon go back to the flock. I have to make sure she eats/drinks now. And on top of this, our Rooster has started attacking us. He will come from behind and catch me off guard. When I know he's going to attack I put my foot out to block him. And, unfortunately, I have kicked him twice b/c he scares me when he does this. There is no way I'm going to attempt to pick him up. I just want "everyone to get along"! Please advise!

Agreed! Many available roosters to replace him. No reason to keep an aggressive chicken.

Don't waste your time on a mean roo- there are so many nice ones that would love a great home to live out their days in. Make some chicken soup and find a new roo.
