Update:
After keeping him separate from the ladies for a week and allowing them to get their pecking order down where he was able to watch did the trick. They all coexist peacefully other than the occasional head peck. He actually seems to act better altogether since he now has a larger harem. Anyway, thanks for all the help gals and guys. The BYC community is awesome.
