So my rooster's left eye has become red. It happened just suddenly yesterday as in the morning I saw him perfectly fine (or may be I didn't notice) but when I went back to check after 3 hours then I noticed this red eye. His eye lid was closed at that time but today I noticed that he has started opening eye lid.
At first I thought this happened to due fight with another rooster but I suspect it is due to some sand/dust getting into his eye! Or may be it is some kind of infection. I don't know what to do. Shall I give him Betnesol eye drops?
Eye appears to be completely red and I don't see that black pupil inside. He doesn't appear to have any physical issue or injury and he is eating, drinking, crowing, running and attacking me as usual.
