Yes frostbite could be a thing where I live. Windsor ontario canada. Temperatures are now-10 he is 8 months old. All of my hens are fine. I had problems with my water freezing so I got a new water heater so I thought maybe he could be dehydrated by he is drinking alot the past couple days

He is acting calm. Just stands there or sits there used to be very active and crazy.

Looks like it might be frostbite.
What about his foot - are they affected?

Looks like frostbite, but other causes could also be Fowl Pox or a fungal infection of the comb.
