They all go through that teenage butt head stage though it seems to me.

How long does the teenage butt head stage last? I had a rooster that was very sweet in the beginning then hormones came in and he was a brat! Jumping and attacking people, just an overall brat. He didn't last past 12 months

Seems to me they calm down at a year ish different for different birds depends on other roos and if the hens are feisty enough to gang up and put a whoopin on em. But once fully mature they seem to be better roos more intrested in watching out than chasing down. Keep the peace rather than upset it and some never are anything but jerks.

yup roo. got the stance got the tail feathers has the lanky long legs and the long pointy hackles and well pronounced saddle feathers. So sorry. Wish there was a real working no crow device for you.
