Rooster magically appeared- What is he?

This rooster just randomly appeared in our yard. I don't know how he got here, but he has my other rooster hiding in the coop. I want to post an ad on Craigslist to see if anyone is looking for him, but I don't know what breed he is. Any ideas? I think he is some kind of game bird.

He does look to be a game bird. Is his comb dubbed? If so, that's a kinda giveaway for game bird, and someone's probably looking for him.

I am going to post an ad on craigslist. While he seems to have gone after my rooster, he is not aggressive toward us. However, I won't let my kids in the yard while he's here. I think he has been dubbed. He has almost no comb, though he does have wattles.

I'd make "proof of ownership" part of the ad. You can take proof however you want (photos, very accurate description, etc). I've been seeing lots of recent cases of people claiming animals on Craigslist for random nefarious purposes.

If they dub the comb, don't they also usually take care of the wattles?
