I hope your rooster recovers fast. I'm new only have two one month old. The egg we had in the incubator never cracked, but it was a little chick inside all developed, don't know why it didn't make it. I had to purchase two little chicks that are now getting big and cute. Wow what a beautiful community this is, I never knew how many people can love their chicken so much. I'm so excited while I learn. I truly hope the best for your rooster.

Thank you. Yes this group is amazing. We got all ours as day olds in February. 2 ended up being roosters and they were our favorites before we knew they were boys. If you can, start giving him some chick starter, or flock raiser/grower feed. The protein is at 18%, and will help strengthen him, as well as build him back up. If you need to mix it with his nutridrench water to get some into him, that's fine.

Already feed flock raiser. He passed away within the last hour. He was better this morning even ate a bit. So sad..
