Rooster needs a home!

I have a 2 year old lavender orpington rooster in desperate need of a home!! He is healthy, a good protector of the flock, likes to be picked up and carried around, and is not overly aggressive with the ladies.
The chickies free range, and he has been getting increasingly territorial of the coop and the yard. However, he would do great in an enclosed coop area!
Sadly, he’s at the point where, if he can’t find a home soon, he’ll have to be euthanized. It would break my heart to see a happy boy like him go. If anyone is interested, please respond so we can figure out a way for him to get to his new home!!
