rooster needs home in central florida

Hey everyone Im not sure where to post this so Im starting here. I was contacted by a woman looking for help with a rooster that has been roaming her neighborhood. The original owners moved and just left him behind. She lives in a neighborhood where the rooster is not welcome at all. I can not take the rooster and so we are looking for a home for him where he will be a pet only.

She is working on getting a picture to me but described him as red with a black tail he is small and she said currently not the most personable guy ever, but she is also the only one feeding him and treating him with any respect.

Any info or suggestions would be welcome thanks!
