My Plymouth Rock Rooster is super greedy and eats like he has never had a meal before. He also makes this high pitched whistle noise frequently. He is way bigger than the other rooster and is likely dominate. Any idea what it means? Is this normal? I cannot post the video for some reason.

I got them on Mother’s Day. They still had fluff so they couldn’t have been very old then. I would guess that they are about 3 months old.
It's pretty normal for young cockeral to be pushy and selfish with food. Most young birds eat voraciously. A video would definitely help. It also could be him trying to crow.

I posted the video. You can hear it at 11 seconds. He makes this sound a lot. He also crows regularly in the mornings. I just find it strange because none of the others do this.

It sounds like a normal adult vocalization that's being made by a baby. I would assume his voice is transitioning from the baby noises to adult sounds. He's in puberty from what I heard.
Thanks! As long as it’s normal and nothing to worry about. This is my first chicken experience
