Rooster not acting normal for about a week. Lethargic, fluffed, away from flock, stands still, or just lays down. Bubblefoot??? Please help!

He is breathing, yes but his eyes are closed, he wont pick his head up and he's not standing

What is the temp under the lamp you have him under? Too much heat can also exert his energy, he may also have a fever already with his symptoms... Mine did, thus the anti inflammatory pain relief meloxicam
