Rooster not acting normal for about a week. Lethargic, fluffed, away from flock, stands still, or just lays down. Bubblefoot??? Please help!

No, I would not give him veggies/fruit, etc. for a treat. If you wish to offer him a treat give him hardboiled or scrambled egg. He needs to be eating his nutritionally balanced poultry feed.

Are you in the U.S.? Canesten is usually found in Europe, not the U.S.
Nystatin, likely you will not find that in stores like Walmart.

Miconazole or Clotrimazole, you can find at Walmart. Miconazole found in the lady's yeast treatment section, Clotrimazole is athlete's foot cream.

To give the cream orally, give him about 1/2" twice a day right into the beak. This can help with sour crop and yeast infection.
Wash his vent and apply a little of the cream topically as well. Keep the vent washed up.

I would not give him epsom salts solution to drink at this time. This is a flush mainly used to treat sour crop. It's dehydrating. You are wanting to Hydrate this rooster, so see that he's drinking his water.

Hens and roosters both can get vent gleet, it's not always from mating.
Vent gleet can be cause from eating moldy or spoiled foods, dirty/contaminated water, unsanitary conditions, crop disorders like sour crop, etc.

Do check him over really well for any injuries that he may have suffered from the dog or others when they were picking on him.
I do live in the US so I can get some clotrimazole. Would nystatin be found at a pharmacy like CVS or walmart pharmacy? I live in TN and I don't know the last time so saw a CVS but I can check maps. I am really concerned that he may have sour crops he had a very yeasty smell coming from his face. I'll do another check for injuries.
Continue with the electrolytes since he's drinking that.

See that he's eating his normal feed.
How do I tell if he has sour crop or impacted crop? If he had either would he be unable to release droppings? He has been able to, but I'm not sure how easily. I didnt get any pictures of his crate this morning. Should I just keep his water how it has been and not try the ACV at all?

You have a LOT of threads going, so it's a bit hard to keep up with them all.

As I said in my previous post, you would need to order Nystatin,

The Clotrimazole or Miconazole will treat Sour Crop and will help with vent gleet.

Treat him for sour crop. Give him 1/2" of the cream twice a day.
Give him the electrolyte water since he's drinking that.

You would need to order Nystatin.

Okay he is now eating and drinking. I gave him fresh water with the electrolytes. I still feel like he's not getting better. He had some more white liquidy poop and some green poop. He smells terribly of yeast. I'm going to put him in an Epsom salt bath and get some clotrimazole.

Is this the correct stuff? There are many different ones. I can try to delete some of the other threads and we just stay on this one, sorry about that.

This one might be better because that one only has 0.42 oz. Please let me know what you think. I want to do this right.
Edit: if you do not respond this will likely be the stuff I get.

I just got done with his epsom salt bath and I'm rinsing out the tub. At first he was about to fall under because he was unstable. He tried to get out once. Afte a while he just kind of sat there with his vent in the water but I had to hold him up with my hand on his chest area. He kept falling backwards. When I put him on the floor he about fell over backwards and then he was standing very upright. He was also preening a bit which was good to see. Then he was just standing there with his head hanging like he couldn't hold it up.

He ate a little when I brought him back to the crate buy only took one sip of his water. He had another liquidy white poo. A lot of poop and stuff came off during the bath. I checked for any injuries but didnt see anything. From about the end of the keel bone to above his vent is a bulge, but I assume that is normal for vent gleet. I couldn't feel anything on his chest so I'm guessing his crop is emptying, maybe?

@Wyorp Rock I just checked on him and at first I thought he passed but he's acting even worse than before. I took him out to eat and drink and he didn't even touch his water and food. He just wanted to lay down. I'm not sure if he is exhausted from having to stand so long in the bath or if he's just getting worse.

There was a red pile of poop in the coop with the younger flock. I put it in a tiny but of water and it changed the water red so I think it's blood. I'm putting more corid in their water again and I emptied the pool so they have no other source.
