Rooster one eye closed one open

Hi, I hope this is in the right spot. Yesterday me and my mom noticed that our rooster here has one eye open and one closed. At first he was by himself in their area, but today was with his girls. Any idea what this is and how we can help him? All the hens seem fine.

Can you open his eye lid up and look for Minor scratches,Dirt,Inflammation ect.Is he eating and drinking normally? You can rinse his eye with warm water and apply some terramycin ointment.

I just now saw that my thread posted twice. My mom and in will be looking at it more tomorrow, I had to work all day ( just on meal break now) and Vinni doesn't really like people touching him so it'll take both of us. It is swollen, not sure how much he's eating, we have 15 hens too. Hopefully washing it out will help. Thanks!
