Rooster or hen

I need to know if anyone can help me out. I do not know if this is a rooster or a hen. I'm not allowed to have a rooster in the city I live so I need to know as soon as possible. Thanks for your help.

Called an Easter eggers, fancy name for a mutt, hens lay blue or green eggs.

Your Easter Egger in the front is definitely a cockerel and the one in the back is pullet.

Most city ordinances (from what I've read don't permit roosters. Maybe review the no-crow collar. Shame to give up that pretty guy.
